ASANSAM setup error failed to register COM - GSM-Forum

Does any 1 have any solution about this error

failed to register com (activex) control: c\windows\system32\chilkattar.dll
failurte in loadlibrfarty()(14001)

i tried uninstalling deleting old files C:/asansam2
remove c:/asf3

tried every setup 1.0.3 , 1.0.4

still no luck
SETUP ITSELF IS AN ERROR DEN WAT ABOUT RESULTS

I think problem is windows and need change or fix dll

i actually reinstalled os of my pc (xp sp3) i was running d same os before and neva faced such problem jus becoz of virus attack i reinstalled os

Try Re-Download Setup Files and Check Your PC For Virus with A Good AV like Kaspersky,...

format ur os to win7 or service pack3 i solved my problem by this way , sp2 some editions are not registering active com

No windows is ok but need instal Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package
