ASB Box UART & USB Recognization failed[ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hi
I have installed All in one 1.0.1 and then 2.4.3 but I have problem.
The software & computer recognizes Smart card and Box without problems.
But it doesn't recognize UART cable or USB, I have tried reinstalling, other port, restart but nothing work. Even in phone it doesn't recognize the computer and write Media storage.
What is going on?
The box is new, first time use.

Asansam box. New one n just got it one week ago.
The software recognize the box but the box itself doesn't recognize the device even if I connect it in uart or usb box's ports

contac to reseller for change box or dongle
or
check on other pc

Already tried 3 different computers.
The reseller says that he checked the box before he sent me and all worked
