Dear Asansam Box Product Manager,

Please help, I am very confused. I have done all the searches, including google searches but still unable to figure out if Asansam Box supports phone model Samsung SM-N9005 (Note 3) on 4.3 jelly bean. Some searches says yes and others you say no, or not yet, or maybe available on next update. Even the official website is not clear and doesn't mention this model.

I need to know if your latest software update allows any of the things listed below:

(1) Unlocking SM-N9005
(2) IMEI repair
(3) Null/01 IMEI repair
(4) Firmware Flashing

Your reply would be greatly appreciated. In fact, all replies will be appreciated.

I have lots of Samsung Note 3's to unlock.

Also, nice to know Asansam box/software also supports the other functions I listed above, for future use...

I will post the results in the relevant sections, once I have this unit working of course.

Hello again, please help I have a problem.

Note 3 N9005 "phone info" and repair IMEI box greyed out.

Firmware: 4.3 - PDA: N9005XXUDMJ7. Build: JSS15J.N9005XXUDMJ7
Baseband: n9005XXUDMJ7

Phone is rooted and UBS debugging ON. Enable 1 on setting and rebooted.

The box is setup properly with 2.4.6 beta. When I select N9005 in "general service" tab, the area is greayed out, I cant select any options.

When I click read NVM it reports the correct info accept wrong build.

I have read your posts and at one place you say to write firmware n9005zhubmi7 but it gives error, probably can't downgrade?

Suggests it may work with my current firmware? but it doesn't. What am I doing wrong?
Also, is there is Uart cable for N9005? I only received C3300K which has Samsung S4 connector. Note 3 has special connector.

...any idea approximately how long? will there be an updated software? is there currently no other way?

Also, did my post makes sense? was I doing anything wrong?

I also have your same doubts, I researched and apparently last update removed the option to repair imei for N9005 model, so I recommend you do nothing. Current version is 2.4.7 beta, and 2.4.3 which was supported N9005 repair imei you can see here http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f716...epair-1746726/

OK we will wait....

but I bought this box because you said "First in world" ...etc but looks like other boxes have already got success before you. I can't keep buying tons of boxes as I already got a big collection.

SPT box and there is also another box, I will find link later. (unable to post link)
