again I can not download the file in support area when ever I try to download the file it takes me to the other page where it says I have to buy the account I only download 200 or 300mb last week..can u chk this pls here is my dongle serial number Welcome 0000000217 ! Oh i am sorry next time i will be careful. And i just chk i can download the file but when i try to download the file for s5660m i get the massage that i have to buy the account but when i download the file for s5660 i can download it. But i wann the file for s5660m which i cant download. Thanks

YOU need to buy the account for some Scarce files(samsung)
