hi fellas
in UBTool who we add in Version 1.7.2 we add 5 method for this model
we seperate methods with Colors name in UBTool we Cover all method on i9100 and if we dont have strange problem it must be solve your problem
BUT if non of these method works its hardware failure we share hardware method or this you can download it from attach in this post

you need new "u300" ic to replace. tested many times.
