We've a gt-b5510 that is starting with a complete white screen (no images at all) and we can hear the samsung sound at boot.
It's probably bricked after an update with odin.
We don't know the previous version of the firmware.

The device doesn't restart in download mode (from asansam)
It can be rebooted via ageneral service -> factory reset.

asansam software randomly crash with an error related to cryptopapi when we factory reset the phone.

Is it possible to unbrick it with asansam box? how?

what do you exactly mean?
How do I do those checks?
Asansambox doesn't even recognize the phone while the phone can be detected by a normal computer (in modem mode).

try some diffrence Firmware download from support area
