can we unlock phones with this update , or it is just for removing pattern lock, google account etc. sorry for my question , but i want to know about this thing, bcoz i have doubt in my mind about unlock bootloader

Hi all sorry for my offtopic, but I do not find topic for this.

I have rooted my Tipo a month ago, it works fine

Yesterday I do not check my battery status and phone switched off at some point during the day. When I try to charge red led not lighting but
1, If I press switch on button it can be blink the red led 3 times and nothing else happend or
2, If I press switch on button it comes vibrate one time and nothing else happend
3, when i connet to PC via USB and press sound DOWN and SWITCH ON green led start lighting and the led turn off if I remove USB cable

Have you any idea how can I switch on my phone ? (PC Companion does'n detect it because the phone still switched off)
