how to repair imei s7262 via root?

I have to change the imei of phone s7262.
First I do root, but after that the screen turns white,
I tried a lot of root programs but everytime I get the same white screen and nothing else.
What can I do?

I know that I have to root first. but thats the problem. I cannot root!
early I did root like ten times. but the now the new ones dont work. I get white screen!
first i load this files recovery.tar
then I open recovery mode. then I load this file superuser.zip or supersu.zip
when I do this the screen turns white.

hallo;

i got s7262 installed rom is "jvuanb1"
when i write given root file in support and try to inter recovery i got a white screen
and when i write another rom a wite screen will appear and mobile will not work (working fine Samsung sound will heard but screen still white)
so i cant root it and cant repair imei
i tried vroot and srsroot and all other root apps its just not working
any help pleas
