How to unlock S3650 corby?

I need flash file for S3650 to unlock the network.
asamsan smart card

open Asansam shell download file.
open Asansam software
and connect mobile like as
1- Go to Download Mode
2- Insert USB Cable to Phone
3- Drag and Drop File in Software After Runing
4- Enable Check Boot File and Reboot Phone
5- Press Start Update
