I understand your instructions but when you say check root are you referring to select root in the drop down list in the ADB selection list? And when you say enable USB debugging, I see no selection for this in your software. You are aware that my phone has a PIN and cannot access menu of phone to enable USB debugging, right?

Please keep in mind that I need to preserve all data in phone and I cannot lose any data at all.

Thanks

Guy.....are you reading my posts? When inserting cable how can phone show USB debugging mode?

Also, when you select phone info and click "Do it" it just says "Preparing ...ok" "Waiting for device..." I have tried several times...nothing.

And yes, "IF" phone in debugging mode all would be simple and life would be easy and rooting would be 2 seconds but phone is NOT rooted and NOT in debug mode so my question again is how to put this phone in debugging mode when asking for PIN.

I turn on my phone, start up happens, makes sound and show S, then phone ask for PIN and show number keys...that's it bro, nothing else, cannot access menu, nothing else. Your software cannot access phone info, not phone info (advanced) it cannot read anything.

There is no way to enable USB debugging when phone asking for PIN.

I ask for your help again please. Tell me how to bypass PIN and access menu like in the video you show in thread?

Thank you

bypass operation is for pattern only and dont work on pin code request
you must use hard reset only (reset pin need is by usb and enable usb debugging)
