Turn-on the Phone Goto 'Settings > Application > Development'
And Check 'Usb Debugging' Then Connect Usb Cable To Phone And Install Needed Driver.

can you pls specified what the problem of this i9300 if it is imei empty or what ever?

so that other can understand what have being repaired because there are too much problem now regarding this matter not only on i9300 also on i9100.... and most of all problems are missing imei.
