I realise that the is T999 when I put it in download mode .
System status is custom and on 4.3 I9300ZSDLL1
.how can résolve my problem

So then I think you wanna flash T999 firmware. But if your phone with KNOX you wanna flash 4.3 firmware. After flashing T999 if not success you can try it using EFS repair. But before flashing T999 firmware search about more. Because I am not sure it 100%. If made any mistake phone will hard brick
