I'am NEW , STRANGE ACTIVATION PROBLEM - GSM-Forum

HI TEAM

Today i bought my new Asansam dongle ( green version gpg)

I downloaded alle drivers : ( rockey i got from mxkey , but reinstall it for sure ) and ASANSAM_Rev1.7.8 from support and istall all

when i try to activate smart card I got error no card detected , but when i try to open asansam software ASANSAM.exe i can and software show my SN . where is the problem because i cannot go to support , downloaded file etc

how can i activate my card ??? and what i do wrong ??

Looks it is a driver issue ,attach the screenshot of your PC device manager when dongle inserted

Just select a phone model then hit RUN

The rest 0.5 ... 1 % of us must wait for unbrick dongle

No need active (smart card) and dont have unbrick
install driver and full setup only

but tell me how can i use support because i got error abou path when i try to use this buttom

and what you mean : full setuo ?? because I used ASANSAM_Rev1.7.8 - i think this was full setup version :/

something is wrong all operation not work ,e.g when i try to flash s5230 after put flash buttom no window open for choose option please help

unistall all abut asansam
install 1.7.8
copy 1.7.9 in c:/asansam2
disable antivirus or fix anti by asansam
run asansam.exe

maybe problem is in framework i have 4

I also installed assansam software on new fresh windows os seven 64 bit , and problem is still same. On that pc i dont have any antivirus , but program still didnt work . I cannot go to support, and do any operation :aplication end

PS: why my card dont need activation , only unicard need ??
