Sir support site is payble now or free for dongle users? Because each time i click on go support site does not autologing and asks to pay.

all is ok!!!
server and 4gb free download working without any problem(tested on most pc users)

I have asandongle I bought from more than 1 year .but sorry I don't use it .i want to ask is there is time limt for use support .i register on site and I use asan software to enter but it tell me that there is problem.so is there is time for my dongle 1 year for example or with dongle I can download flash file any time
