Sorry I don't clear .my phone is android .my phone is google account .can I do it with asan ?

yes gmail account ,i cant enter menu due to gmail account,thats why not confrim which android version inside phone

just hang on like that when i used unblock patten

Turn-on the Phone Goto 'Settings > Application > Development'
And Check 'Usb Debugging' Then Connect Usb Cable To Phone And Install Needed Driver.

I think usb debuggig is disable and need write full files on phone only
unblock pattern need root and usb debugging
