| try this hope will work this trck... You need to perform a hard reset. switch off phone by removing battery and put battery back in, hold the volume down button and press the power on button briefly, with the volume down button held, you will now get a screen approx 10 seconds later and with a few options, go to hard reset/factory reset and follow options through, this will reset phone to factory settings wbr Muhammad Nasir Javed |
