hi ge sir i need samsung i9515 network unlock plse help me

You can unlock phone with read manual :-)

Enable skip backup restore qcn
Use wipe fs
Check 00001 imei
download cert file

insert sim to phone
unlocked now

network coming all incoming and out going calls working fine wt abt my orginal imei is i want to change it are live it as it is
