Samsung S4 I337 4.4.4 unlocking help please - GSM-Forum

Trying to unlock a samsung s4 i337 at&t,enable usb debugging, dial *#0808# number.Select "DM+Modem+ADB",dial *#9090#" number select DM USB but when trying to do direct unlock this is what i get

it seems that your phone is not connecting.check your drivers complete given or not
or
try to change usb port or change usb cable

uninstall software delete folder from c drive reboot pc install asansam latest version and check post result

ur screenshots shows that you are not selected com port in asansam first select correct com port

another thing ur device manager screenshot shows that your phone is detecting
connect your phone properly select com port(make sure that ur phone is rooted)then direct unlock
