Member: 859030 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1619336 Thanks Meter: 435 | I did it by doing the following: first open blackberry dsktop manager and back up.then: 1. Go to Start >Run and type CMD (you can also find the command prompt in Programs >Accessories.) A command box will open. 2. Type the following exactly including spaces: cd c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader You should now see that path followed by the cursor. 3. Now type: loader.exe/resettofactory after a few secs the device will be wiped off and it policy removed and you can disable password.however fone cannot be used in this condition.so restore back up and update using blackberry desktop manager then unlock if you have to. |
