CM980 help repair MEID - GSM-Forum

Greetings fellow I write because I have trouble MEID repair of CM980, because when reading the computer does not exceed this happens there since last update module HAT I've checked the driver and all is well, someone could guide me to see if I'm skipped any step ??

One dwelling place celu screen and give conect phone - (assuming q there should read the computer to quickly enable options IMXX and repairs but nothing else) from here fails attached image to see far reaches q

repeat the drivers are installed properly, I need your help porfa greetings and thanks for your help.
