New user problems [SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

hello i recently purchase zz key and i've been having some difficulties using it.

1st. i try to used on my windows 8 laptop, but didn't get any zz key software to recognize the dongle. so i tried and successfully register the dongle with my windows 7 laptop, but zz smart module always gave me floating point error, so i try to do use zz smart on my windows 8 laptop and it block my dongle.

please i need help unblocking my dongle, getting zz smart to work on my windows 7 laptop, and getting all zz key modules to work on windows 8.

thanks, hope you can help me with these problems.

Hi! first use windows 7 to registered and activate it!, then you can use other windows version with it!!! I recommend you Win7 while we update our modules to win8 even win9, so do that for now you will be ok!!!

i did just that but in windows 7 zzsmart always gave floatating poin error. so i tried windows 8 but it blocked my dongle

on windows 7 put your zzsmart software on desktop

any one can help me unblock my dongle, i send zip file few days ago to email but haven receive any response from support team. also want to know which software blocked my dongle so i can uninstall it

server is manage by elcapitel and zzcoder, those guys is busy on something. and when they came back all dongle block will be unblock.
