Unable to update dongle [Solved] - GSM-Forum

Hi Team I am trying to update dongle to the latest update centre .But it is giving following error.

INVALID PAYLOAD RECEIVED FROM XML-RPC SERVER.
OPERATION FAILED
Pls Help
