Unblock dongle! [Solved] - GSM-Forum

A friend sent you a block file and serial number more than a week ago! And you said all dongles will be unblocked but still today his dongle is blocked, he is loosing money until this dongle is sorted out! Can you look in to this a.s.a.p many thanks.. I have also sent you a private msg with the serial number ect! Total of 2 weeks this dongle has been blocked!
