hello support team does this update solve some problems with some models with firmware versions that cant be rooted by auto root ? or it is only for HiSilicon models i need some clarificatin because i have encountered several y330-u01 from safaricom that cant be rooted and unlocked specific firmware. elcapitel help me with more info about that

hello zzkey support how do i unlock this phone it cant root and the code i tried cant work either

Hello zZ not rooter all phones, it depends on the version of firmware, but can rooter with Kingo Root, after this good rooter can perform operations zZ

For this model you can use temp root methods like iroot apk or others
