zzkey is a plug and play dongle,

before anything else, register dongle, upgrade dongle.

use other usb port, not a hub

Hi bro, our dongle is completely, Plug and play device, on windows vista you need drivers because it is an exception, and are located here
Please if you are new user register the dongle and use proper USB ports not hubs and external conectors also... Please try and check again!

your dongle not detected in your image..

did you try to connect in other Pc/Laptop? other Os? Win Xp or Win7

if you do that and not detected, contact your reseller
