Try installing "Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015", latest java version, reboot your PC, then try again.

Yes with new update zzkey can S-OFF all supported htc phones.
S-ON can do even without any box just with fastboot command then yes this is supported too 100% on all HTC phones in zzkey sw..

change to English(United States)



Then reboot the PC
