cant unlock sony st21 i only get blank GUI no any word is it server problem

Please use lastest version, use the module in C:\ check that your windows version is updated, with the lastest versions of .net framework and visual C+ libraries!!! remember use administrator rights!!!

i have .net 4.5 & c+ libraries but still the same only floating point division by zero
pops up after blank GUI ve tried on 4 pcs any soltn

Please check that your version of windows 7 or higher is totally update and ACTIVATED, run it under admin privileges and remember use C:\ as default folder.
[example: C:\zZkey_suite/Smartz(all the files here, not other folder) please]

All PC's have same motherboard or are same model?

I've been tested at least 30 diferent PC's and only in two models had the same error, the only solution was use windows XP, you can update, use "original windows" and everything than repeat once and once again here in the forum, the result is always the same: division point floating by zero.

amigo tengo el mismo error todos los modulos de la zzkey los abre pero ala hora de utilizar el modulo de smart sale en blanco con pequeño le trero...."flotaing point division by zero" alguien a podido solucionar este problema en windos ?
