Hi, what version of windows are you using??? check windows update, C+ Visual upgrades, Put the folder in the correct place and DO NOT USE versions unattended or modified by something or somebody!!!

hey serge, if IMEI was damaged previously is imposible unlock it with anytool, you must repair IMEI first before unlock... repair it first and them try!!!

very good upgrade, I recently purchased your product and it works fine, the only drawback is that it has support site to download flashes, I read that sent via private message, but often need the urgent flashes, and have to wait that meet the request of the flash, it would be good to have their own download site
