As far as I know, process time is 5-10 days.
If u have different information, contact Victor in private. U don't have to post here anytime u remember.

I did use support ticket.

Victor answer was to check info about delay, and I did so.

Delay is 1-5 days.

I don't try to make any problem, just to know what to say to customer.

Hey, first of all, watch u'r language! Nobody is trying to make fun of u or not respect u!
If u say u used our services few times and always appreciated the good work, then u know that we respect all our clients. More than sure u know that delay may happen sometimes, and this is not because our fault!
So, pls, if u were told to contact us by the links u were given, then use them! U'll be answered as soon as possible, no matter u are a new or old client!
Secondly, Vic6tor is travelling today! He'll do his best to answer u fast!

Ok, let's start back without anger.
I ordered a code. Delay is 1-5 days. After this delay I ask if I may have some news to tell something to the customer.
That's when victor moved my question in solved sticky thread.
But to me it's not solved as delay is passed and I don't have any answer.
You are right when you say some extra delay are not your fault, I can understand that.
Anyway this so called answers by victor made me feel offended. Forget about it.
I'll just wait as I don't have any other choice.
Thank for your answer.

If we had an answer for u, we'd have informed u in private about it. But for the moment we all have to wait!
U'r post was moved because u were already told not to post non-sense questions. Use support link and u'll get an answer as quickly as possible.
And don't forget we are all humans, even if we like to believe that we do our best for our customers!

One question Do you read your emails? As ANSWER is there!!!

I have told you zillion times if you need me urgent to use support email!!!
So I feel like that I am talking to the wall as you dont understand how to get fast info about your phone process

Thumbs down Paypal payment doesn't show!

Hi there

What's going on unlockdark.com? I added funds to my account using PayPal but it doesn't show on my Dashboard

Normally it should be automatic payment activation... Now!

After I made a payment using PayPal and got a confirmation email... your site still shows the invoice as unpaid!!!!

I opened a ticket and got no answer from you! This is not professional

2 credit added payed and founf not added

i have payed 2 credit 50€ and found not added yet.before found were auto after payed.
