THE Our END USER AGREEMENT IS SET OUT BELOW.

2. Acceptance of Terms

You consent to use an electronic agreement to govern Your use of the agreement. You expressly consent to receiving all notices hereunder in electronic form, provided however this consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting Our at the address set forth above (though, in some situations, Our may have no other means of providing notices to You, so termination of Your account may result from a request from You not to receive notices in electronic form).
The parties expressly agree that all performance under this Agreement and the resolution of disputes shall be conducted in the English language. If a translation of this Agreement into any other language is required by law, the English version will prevail to the extent that there is any conflict or discrepancy in meaning between the English version and any translation thereof we should not held liable in any case whatsoever.
All Third Party Services offered for use with the Our are provided to You through Your third party service provider(s) and shall be subject to Your agreement with such third party service provider(s). EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SPECIFICALLY PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW IN YOUR JURISDICTION, Our SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIMING BY OR THROUGH YOU, FOR ANY ISSUE RELATING TO THE THIRD PARTY SERVICES, LINKED SITES, OTHER SITES OR THIRD PARTY INFORMATION, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS OR CONTINUED AVAILABILITY OF SUCH THIRD PARTY SERVICES OR THE CONTINUED INTEROPERABILITY OF THE THIRD PARTY SERVICES.
Any dealings with third parties conducted through us, the Third Party Services, Linked Sites or Other Sites, including the delivery of and the payment for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between You and the third party. 3. Orders and cancelations
When submitting any order, you must choose the ORIGINAL carrier of your iPhone. DO NOT chose who you would like to use it with. You must enter the IMEI accurately. If you do not submit the correct IMEI, your iPhone will not get unlocked and might not be refundable.

Carriers can be very strict with their policy. Under any of the following conditions, a carrier has the right to RE-LOCK a phone after it's been unlocked: 1) A customer does not pay their bill 2) A phone is/was stolen 3) A phone is still under contract

ANY phone (unless the phone is cleared of it's contract) can be re-locked any time by the carrier. This is not in our hands and therefore we CAN NOT be held liable for it. You are given FAIR WARNING that if you submit an order and we process it as COMPLETED, we are not accountable or responsible if phone is RE-LOCKED AT ANY TIME!

Also, please note that all processing times are given as ESTIMATES and are NEVER guaranteed.
Order in process CAN NOT be canceled on customer request at any time, but its up to supplier or server administrator to see if the customer request can be processed for order to be canceled.

Reseller Terms & Conditions of Business

1. All registered resellers must provide us with proof of name and address before we will consider opening trade account with Unlockdarkgsm.com
2. We only use image / scan of any official document having your name on it (Passport, ID Card, Full photographic Driving license) . It should not be web based. Please acknowledge, as we repeat, this step is merely intended to protect your identity from online fraud and to establish legitimacy of any transaction. We will need you to provide evidence for your current address during the last three months (this can be in the form of a recent bank statement or utility bill).
3. We reserve the right to refuse an account without giving any reason.
4. We will only accept payment by Paypal by customers who have a fully verified Paypal account. Should we receive notification from Paypal that a dispute or chargeback has been made for any of our services we will immediatley suspend your account. Claims, disputes or chargebacks will be escelated and forwarded to our Paypal Account Manager.
5. Digital goods & services are exempt from Paypals "Buyer Protection"

refund within 30 days of order by email or by opening a support ticket with our authorized retailer (see the confirmation email from [email protected] ). Please provide as much information and evidence as possible that the unlocking failed, including an image if possible.

4.2 If you ask us to provide a code for a 'SIM Locked' or 'SP Locked' handset 'Blacklisted' from a
particular network or all major mobile networks we cannot refund your payment as the unlock you paid
for must be performed first before we can see that the phone was on the 'Blacklist'."

4.3 DalPay Retail is the reseller of services provided by Darkgsm Co. Ltd
