Try to calculate the code from this provide, the 3 option return wrong code, any solution?

Did you try direct unlock?
If no, provide imei, pid and the correct code

Direct unlock no support, i did buy code and came the same

You bought the same code as Sigma generates?

Is it Qcom or MTK device? If it's on MTK, is it possible to root it?

Is mtk, i did no try to root because, i saw several post can not be direct unlock, lot people try and no success, the support said sigma can not direct unlock this model
