Download new Sigma version and reflash this phone.
The manual is here: Service without rooting -> Flash (connect in charging mode)
Get the flash file on our flash file area: boot-loader.com -> Sigma -> Alcatel_Android -> 4060A

The Only Problem is if u are using windows 8 or 10

That is Drivers Issue Only. i sort it on windows 7

when u installed basic Drivers that detects in the Software

when u click unlock after few seconds u will here an other drivers sound

that Driver u need to install as Qcom 9008 driver

after it will autmaticly connect and start unlocking

that is a small thing that every body didnt notice

or any body who have all the drivers installed before
