HELLO I HAVE 2 ALCATEL 3002G
ONE OF THEM WORKS FINE AND THE OTHER HAVE BAD FIREMWARE
I HAVE MANAGED TO READ THE FIRMWARE FOR THE GOOD ONE VIA SIGMABOX. BUT SOMEHOW THE BOX CAN'T WERIT IT TO THE PHONE

IS THERE SOMETHING I DONE WRONG BECAUSE I STILL NOT USED TO SIGMABOX BOX BECAUSE I DONT USE IT MUCH

Current phone model is not supported for the servicing purposes by SigmaKey, at the moment.

since i got sigma box for 3 years now everytime i try to unlock a phone or flash i have to post about here and the replay is always :not supported

why the phone model is listed on your website if it's not supported
