i saw and did as below procedure

Direct Unlock for 5049W / 5049Z / REVVL / A30 Fierce

Important: in order to perform servicing of these models, you need to download special addon files from Sigma Free section (Alcatel folder) of Boot-Loader.com, and put it into My Documents\SigmaKey\addons\your sigma number folder.
1.Open"MTK" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
2.Go to "Unlock" tab
3.Turn the phone ON and check your phone's build number:
Open menu Settings -> About -> Build Number
Turn the phone OFF
4.Select required addon file(in *.skf format) that matches your phone's build number. If there is no match, try the file that matches the specific model
5.Connect turned off phone to PC with USB cable
Select ADB interface(fastboot) in the ports selection tab
Press "Direct Unlock" button
Message "Unlocking phone... Done" indicates that procedure was completed successfully
Disconnect the device

here my doubt-this selection not seen in my port selection is my problem-help me

set detect as mtk-then goes-so direct unlock not active

Please, read the manual carefully, because unlock method includes some specific features!
