Alcatel 606 dead after direct unlock - GSM-Forum

Please Sigma key team I tried direct unlock with several pieces of this model and everything fine but now some of them show error message in unlocking process and they are dead now I tried to flash with sigma key with the flash from another one .The flashing process success but the phone is still dead. The only way to revive this phone is with another tool (Furious Box). It seems the flash type is Numonyx.

What version of sigmakey and what version of flash file did you use for flashing?

According to the log, you have to choose this flash file for flashing:

606A-2CTLPE3_36P_XL36PN49_JRD53_09B_PCB01_GPRS_MT6253_S00.MAUI _09B_W09_52_SP1_V12_F7_EN_ES_FR_IT_PT_locked_0089-8904-0000-0000.mfw

Because it is suitable for your phone's flash memory type.

@ mansito01,

In order to be able to help we require more information on the issue you're dealing with.
Please post here full log file from the unlock operation of this phone model along with the version of the SigmaKey software you're using.
Also, please sign what flash file exactly did you try to flash onto this handset.

I'm using the last version of Sigmakey1.08.01, It seems that we have to pay attention in the ID of the flash..(thanxs mcandre) to flash this phone.
The firmware that I flashed it, have the same version 606A-2ETLPE3-1 36Z XL36PN49 JRD53_09B_PCB01_GPRS_MT6253_S00.MAUI_09B_W09_52_SP 1_V12_F7 and It was readed by sigma key software from other Alcatel 606 but the ID of the flash is ID: 0098005F-00000004
But my question is why they always dead after direct unlock or imei repair action ID: 00898904-00000000? thanks

In order to be able to help we need to check full log file from the update operation.
Also, Read phone backup from this phone and send it along with the detailed problem description and log file to support[at]sigmakey.com or upload it to some file sgaring web site and PM link for it to me.

Detailed manual on the backup operation can be found at the official web site in the Help->MTK Manual section.

good happened to me the same thing I did direct unlock, then got an error but the phone does not lit. I then proceeded to download a firmware for Smart Clip and lit it.

roamirht, do you read that support writes? If you have some issue, give the log and backup.
No log/backup = no issue.

Hi, I have a problem similar to direct release.
Now is not detected. As I can load the backup?
Try z3x TX and RX wire does not work does not detect it.

@ Cesar-S,

Please double check if phone's battery is fully charged, charge it and after that perform following operations:

Take out fully charged battery
Connect cable to the phone
Press "Read Backup" button
Insert battery into the set.
After backup copy will be read, save log file and send it all to support[at]sigmakey.com along with the link to this thread.
