Alcatel One Touch 4010x Unlock Problem

I have Alcatel One touch 4010x Unlock Mobile I tryed to calculate unlock code's via Sigmakey After calculate code's I tryed to unlock mobile Code accepted Mobile was Unlocked But if restart the Phone It's again Asking unlock Code .....

I tryed Hardreset And then Again Unlock But Mobile was same problam...Sigma Team i am waiting For ur Replay

There are 2 methods to make factory data reset on your phone:
Method 1: Under power on mode
Please go to menu->“Settings” ->“Privacy” ->“Factory data reset;
Method 2: Under power off mode
Turn off the handset, press the volume up key and the Power key at the same time for a few seconds until you see the reset interface, then press “Home” key ->select “wipe data/factory reset” via volume key -> Press “power” key to confirm -> Select “Yes –delete all user data” -> Press “power” key to confirm again -> Please select “reboot system now” and press “power” key to confirm to reboot your phone. The handset can be used without screen unlock pattern after its reboot.
Please note that factory data reset will erase all data from your phone. If you want to quit it before performing factory reset, you can select “reboot system now” or remove the battery and re-insert it, then restart the phone.

Thank's For ur Replay But Allready i Did Hardreset ..After Hardreset Unlocked phone via code's if i reboot Phone It's asking Again code Allso I tryed Engineering mode Enter code ....

This phone model, OT4010, is not supported for Direct Unlock operation.
At the moment, only Calculate Unlock Codes by IMEI is supported.

for permanent unlock of Alcatel 4010, after code calculation by Sigma Key,
dismiss the enter code prompt and dial *#*#3646633#*#* then look for
"SIM LOCK" menu and under each lock category select "PERMANENT UNLOCK" and enter required lock as from the calculations.

applied the said procedure many time but again prompt for code at start

es< very naugty phone. i managed to unlock this phone with help this forum.


first calculate code, you can use sigma box
root phone, can use vroot
install Root Uninstaller Pro.
insert sim you want to use, insert code unlock
run Root Uninstaller Pro, Uninstall EM SIM ME LOCK.
hard reset phone
done

You have to enter code and then turn off the phone and dont take off the battery. Perform Wipe data and wipe cache.

It will never ask again for code.

Unlock this phone with Yoda's method and it will stay unlocked even after hard reset.
