Alcatel OT-4052 Unlock with Sigma

Had to interchange couple of steps for it to work. I kept getting Error opening serial port when i followed the steps at the site.

Here's the right one (atleast on my end)

*Open Qcom tab
*Go to "Unlock" tab
*Select your model “Phone model” drop-down list on the right
*Select virtual port “Plug the USB cable into the powered off phone…”
*Power off the phone
*Press and hold vol- and vol+ buttons simultaneously
*Connect your phone to PC with USB cable
*Wait till it shows up on device Manager
*Press "Direct Unlock" button

cant connect at all. pls how to u do it. when connect it nothing will show. where can I get the phone drivers?

Hi, so I just unlock two phones today the way you do is select the model number is the drop box menu and in the port select connect with the power off phone than hit direct unlock once the program starts to unlock with the power off phone hold vol up and down and push the usb cable now still it wont be detected and you can see something on the screen at this point hold just the vol up button the screen will be black and the phone will detected in the device manager as qd loader 9008 at that point the sw will pick up the phone and will unlock in 30 secs. Make sure install the qd loader drivers and the microsoft security should be off live virus scan should be off. Hope this will help a lot of people to unlock this phone.

How did you connected with the Phone, what driver did you downloaded
I am getting

@ encore cellular,

Current phone model requires to be serviced in a Download mode.
Check Unlock (connect in Download mode) manual and run unlock operation according to it.

NO Idea if the boot loader is new.

First of all post here full log files from an operations performed.
Did you try to check network settings and select required network manually?

When I put active sim card it do searching and network is gray , so cant go to network setting it was AT&T phone now even At&T not working
