Sigma Software v2.02.02 released.
With this update we have added OT-5050 phone model and much more.
Try running Direct Unlock using latest Sigma Software and post results along with the log file in a current thread.

An issue you're dealing with appears because wrong platform was selected.
In order to be able to unlock this phone model Qualcomm platform requires to be selected.
Please double check manual on how to service OT-5050 phone model and run operation exactly as it is signed in there.
