can u explain me what can be the problem if ill understand ill not post every thing looking good driver are installed and diagnostics port can be enable the code is not working

Direct unlock

Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in upper left side of the software
"Phone model" dropdown box has to be set to "Autodetect". In case Sigma won't detect Alcatel model automatically, select "Alcatel Android" manually in this dropdown box
Go to "Unlock" tab
Turn the phone on without sim card
Connect the phone to PC with USB cable
Install USB Host Driver
Select Qualcomm DIAG (Diagnostic) Port in the ports selection tab
Press "Unlock" button
Wait for the message "Restarting phone... Done" to appear in Sigma dialog window; only after that you can turn the phone off

Diagnostic mode activation: dial *#2618#

What operation have you performed?
Did you perform Direct Unlock operation?
Post here full log file, it would spread some light at your case.

How to enable diagnostic port?

Unlocking Alcatel OT-8000A 100% done

to put it to connect just have to put it in developer mode and uncheck all USB ports for connecting mode Qualcomm

any of these three have to uncheck

mass storage - uncheck

multimedia device mtp - uncheck

mtp camera - uncheck

We choose the highest port of the two that are installed and ready
