Alcatel OT-9xx not supported ?

1. Alcatel OT-9XX all unlock calculator not working wrong code generated ! (tested OT-895, OT-908, OT-990, OT-993)

2. Direct unlock OT-9XX not working !

During the unlock process Sigma makes backup of phone's Security area and saves this file into the security backup folder which is located on your PC.
According to the logs you've just posted, I see that these Sigmakey system folders are missing or deleted by you


I have attached screenshot of the settings tab.
Go to Qualcomm - > Sigmakey tab and check whether these folders exist on your PC. If not, create them and check if there is enough free memory on the disc.
Or just reinstall sigmakey software.

As mcandre have already mentioned issue you're dealing with appears due to low free space or due to erased system folders that is more likely.
Just check SigmaKey software settings, create required folders and run unlock operation once again.
Your problem will be solved.
