hi i try to Format still stuck on log how can i fix this

Try to read phone backup from this phone and send it to us.

becoz it was stuck on log tht y here back up file

@ arshad sunny,

To be able to restore this set you'll require one more fully working handset with the 00EC2404-00000000 flash ID. After that perform following steps:

Read phone backup, from the fully working handset with the 00EC2404-00000000 flash ID
Using "Write Firmware" feature of SigmaKey software flash backup copy, that was read from the working phone, onto the broken one
