bootloader can not detect my sigma box - GSM-Forum

hi masters i use win 7 64 bit and my sigma software work like a charm and all drivers of box perfectly installed but toaday i install bootloader download manager and when i logging in to my account software cannot detect my sigma box and say failed to find device pls i need repair file for u8950 and u8951 emergency pls help me support team

Hello!
Boot-Loader 2.0 Download Manager 1.5.1 work fine. Check Username and Password.

user and pass ok i can log in via bootloader website but software cant detect my sigma box

Close all running software and after that run Boot-Loader Download Manager.

Reconnect SigmaKey to another USB port, ensure that no other devices connected and all other software are closed try once again.
