i bay activation for boot-loader 2.0 to repair dead phone cam-l21 bat i cant manage to find the right file from server any help to do it ???

Try using CAM-TL file.
Manual: Flash >>> FACTORY MODE: phones detected as "HUAWEI USB COM 1.0"

What is current phone's state?
What firmware version it originally had?

phone dead after update with memory card
now the phone connect as as "HUAWEI USB COM 1.0" only
phone version : CAM-L21C185b150

Charge the battery , I had the same problem , use the external power supply to charge the battery
