Install all drivers for all unknown devices in the device manager, especially to Alcatel Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008

@ svchost,

Quote:
Procedure:
  1. Open Qcom tab
  2. Select your model in the right “Phone model” drop-down list
  3. Install required drivers
  4. Power off the phone
  5. Connect your phone to PC with USB cable
  6. Wait up to 30 seconds while the diagnostic port appears (your phone will be in charging mode)

Diagnostic mode activation: dial *#2618# or ###2324#
Ensure that all of the drivers are properly installed.

Best Regards
GSMServer team

Make sure that all drivers in the device manager are installed. Check if all devices have drivers on them.
