Perform master reset or unroot, then root with some another tool and repeat the procedure.

Perform following operations:
  1. Re-flash phone
  2. Root it once again using Sigma Software or any other root software
  3. Run Direct Unlock operation once again
  4. Post results along with the log file in a current thread
