Please perform following operations:

Power phone off
Power it on
Wait until phone fully starts up (1-2 minutes)
Run Direct Unlock operation once again
Post results in a current therad

For about XT925 Android version 4.4. x
There were some feedbacks that XT925 can be downgraded from 4.4.X to 4.1.X.
So it's possible to downgrade firmware to 4.1.x and unlock the phone afterwards.

Sigma Software v2.09.03 has been released.
With this update we have improved Direct unlock / Read unlock codes / Repair IMEI procedures for Motorola XT925 with Android 4.4.2 and much more.
Try servicing your phone with the latest version and post results in a current thread.

Please notice that the phone is supposed to have bootloader unlocked and be rooted prior to service with Sigma.

2. Install CWM recovery

3. then go to recovery (Volume Up & Power)

and select "Recovery" menu from the menu list

4. Select adb port and root with Sigma root solution
