What an issue exactly you are dealing with?
In case you have 0xc0150002 error:

Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86)

Eror MSVCR100.dll windows 7 profesional 64bites

he installed all frameork, Microsoft Visual C ++ 2008, ....... I can't find the good one,
1. what else happened to you
2.See if anyone can upload it to me
