Erro updater - GSM-Forum

When trying to update my Sigma from this error: Communication error:Socket Error # 10053 Software caused connection abort.

Already changed the usb port, since reistalei drives, what else can I do?

@ rochater,

Please ensure that the antivirus/firewall not blocking access, internet connection is stable and run update operation once again. As an option you can try to perform update operation at the other PC.
In case if some error appears make a screenshot of the error and mail it to support[at]sigmakey.com along with the dongle serial number.

Have disabled antivirus and firewall and managed to do the update, thanks for the quick support and thank you for this wonderful tool.
