Why shows these problems????? maybe sigmakey is not completely tested before being put on the market..?

Provide us with more detailed information, please.
How did you connect SigmaKey to PC?
What phone model exactly are you trying to unlock?
Was SigmaKey connected directly to PC USB port?

Please ensure that the SigmaKey connected directly to the PC USB port, reinstall drivers and run unlock operation once again.
After that post full operation log file here, don't forget to hide your serial number.

I have it connected the sigmakey directly to the computer, the model is a huawei g7010 which has error 4

sigma key has many errors see the boot error when trying to read the code to unlock huawei 6005 g group gsm server please check your dongle with updates that are not doing or fulfilling what he says and does verify their updates that sigma is not meeting many testiar errors please bring a product before that sigma is not complying and has disappointed me

    Repair IMEI can be performed with the new version of the SigmaKey software, but according to the log file you've posted it looks like this handset was broken with some other software, due to this reason "diagnostic and repair" feature won't be active for this set because of NAND flash chip.

    Huawei phone models with the NAND flash memory chips and new security types will be added to the list of supported for Repair operation in one of upcoming updates.
