EX116 failed to decrypt phone data. - GSM-Forum

Hi i was trying to read unlock codes on a motorola ex116 but sigma key says failed to decrypt phone data. This is the operation Log, i hope you can help me:

Please perform following operations:

Read phone backup from this handset
Save operation log file
Send backup copy along with the log file and problem description to support[at]sigmakey.com
Alternatively you can upload required data to any file-sharing web site and PM me link for it to me.

how to put in test mode this model to make unlock? like rx and tx dosent work

RX and TX works ok. Just connect direct to pcb.

EX116 officially added to the list of fully supported phone models.
In order to unlock this set, just perform these easy few steps:

Download and install Sigma Software v1.09.01
Perform unlock operation according to the manual
Post report

Cable pinout for EX116 and other phone models can be found in the Pinouts section of official web site.
